So...

So, I was at the dog park and this young woman had holes (presumably fashionable) all over her jeans.  I was going to post something snarky and then realized a voice in my head was screaming, “Get off my lawn!”

It brought to mind that I moved in with my Aunt and Uncle after my parents died when I was a kid.  My Aunt’s mother lived with us.  I remember having ripped up jeans (earned not bought) and my Aunt’s mom would constantly patch them which I thought was so “uncool.”

Being from a different era, she thought, “Where I come from, we patch holes. “

There’s a life lesson there.

So...

So, the most annoying radio commercial - I realize this is low hanging fruit - “Ever wonder why people in Europe speak so many different languages?  Maybe it’s because they use Babble!”

Or, ya know, maybe it’s because there are 50 countries in Europe where they do speak and have spoken 24 languages since long before Babble started babbling.
