So...

So, we traveled 1500 miles to be with family.  We were fully decked out in hazmat gear and bathed in sanitizer.  We have spent 10 days with a lot of relatives, but apparently we won’t be able to see our grandkids due to fears we may be diseased.    Admittedly, I feel a bit ostracized.

These are weird times and I must remind myself to view them through a lens of grace.

So...

So, apparently there’s a difference between being told, “you’re an interesting person,” and, “you’re a person of interest.”

Noted.

So...

So, the new IOS for the Apple watch coming out this fall will be able to use machine learning and the sounds of running water to detect if you’re washing your hands. If you stop washing your hands early, it will tell you to keep washing.

Just a reminder, we’re the same species that landed men on the moon.

So...

So... I’m scrolling through Netflix to find stuff to download to watch during a flight this week. Netflix has downloadable programming broken into categories it thinks I might like. One is “Gentle British Reality Shows.”

I’m assuming these are like the Great British Baking show where contestants are asked to demonstrate things like the fine art of making tarts with flower pedals.

Not to be confused with the ‘less gentle’ American cooking shows which are more like, “Okay, we’ve substituted sawdust for your flour, a phillips head screwdriver for your spoon and unleashed rabid badgers into the kitchen.  Your time starts now!  You have nine minutes to bake world peace.”
